i found the staff very friendly and accommodating . the breakfast included a variety of dishes i enjoyed each day. ms. anh phuong at the restaurant was especially helpful to me.
The elevators were a bit slow. Another one might improve speed.

I enjoy a clean, well appointed suite. the Executive Corner Suite had a view of the ocean i did like. the room service was quick. It arrived in about 20 minutes.
the hotel bar closed too early. after 10 pm there was nowhere to get a drink.

i found the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities excellent. the buffet breakfast offered a fantastic range of options! i especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its lovely views. the staff at the breakfast buffet were always friendly, greeting me with a smile each morning.
